COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON AND CLIENT

The parties, self-employed person Ginel-Eduard Angan, and the Client……., have agreed to cooperate for a period of:

     1 month    

     3 baskets

     6 baskets    

     1 year    

     2 years      

     3 years

     5 years

   10 years 

Km allowance is 0.35 Euro/km, excluding VAT.
Parking or ferry is paid by the client.

   • The rate of ZZP-er GE Angan as:

OPERATOR_FORCE_REACH TRUCK DRIVER_LOGISTICS EMPLOYEE_PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE

is:

1 or 2 working days per week: 35 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

3 working days per week: 33 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

4 working days per week: 31.5 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

Between 5 and 7 working days per week: 30 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day
 

   • The rate of self-employed GE Angan as Team Leader is:

1 or 2 working days per week: 40 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day  

3 working days per week: 38 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day  

4 working days per week: 36.5 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

Between 5 and 7 working days per week: 35 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day     

   • The rate of self-employed GE Angan as foreman is:

1 or 2 working days per week: 45 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

3 working days per week: 43 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

4 working days per week: 41.5 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

Between 5 and 7 working days per week: 40 euros per hour, at least 6 paid hours/day

The invoice will be sent:

   • every week, date:

   • every month, date:

Up to 2 days (48 hours) before the working day it is considered urgent and the charge is 3 euros extra/hour.
For example: the job is normally 35 euros/hour.
Urgent is 38 euros/hour.
If I, GE Angan, ELRONA, have been asked to work and ultimately it is no longer necessary to work 1 or more days, you as the Client must send an email at least 7 days in advance to: 8elrona@gmail.com and explain why it is no longer necessary.
After that, the work/shift, by a confirmation to you, will be cancelled free of charge.
 If the worked day or days are cancelled less than 7 days in advance, you as the Client must pay ELRONA 6 hours for each cancelled day.
In this case: 31.5 euros/hour x 6 hours = 189 euros/cancelled day.
The contract can always be modified for multi-month, 1-year or multi-year periods.
If both parties no longer wish to collaborate, the party terminating the collaboration must notify the other party in writing. The party terminating the collaboration is obliged to pay the collaborating party the full amount until the end of the contract.
This means that the terminating party must pay the other party per week per cancelled day until the end of the contract, as agreed upon when signing the contract.
This means 6 hours per cancelled day x the hourly rate for all days that should have been worked per week, as agreed upon when signing the contract.
For example: the rate and the working days/week of ZZP-er GE Angan as Self-Employed Cook are, let's say:
4 working days per week: 31.5 euros per hour X

This means:

6 hours x €31.50/hour x 4 days per week until the end of the contract.
6 x €31.50 = €189 x €4 = €756/week until the end of the contract.

The cooperation between both parties is based on normal behavior and respect.

Arrogance or comparisons of any kind will not be tolerated and anything that needs to be discussed will be discussed directly, not openly.

Provocations of any kind will not be accepted to induce termination of the contract by either party.
The party causing the termination of the contract will pay the other party the full amount until the end of the contract.

Both contracting parties must be at least 18 years of age to be considered an adult partnership between the contracting parties.

Both parties agree to what is in the contract!
